Feral cats | St. Francis ARC

Norman Animal Welfare offers a trap-neuter-return program for feral cats. If you have a cat in your neighborhood that is not tame and needs to be spayed or neutered, the shelter will provide surgery and vaccinations at no charge.

The cat MUST be in a trap.

Drop off is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday from 8:15-8:45a.

Cats will be spayed or neutered and receive an FVRCP and rabies vaccination.

All cats will be ear tipped to indicate they have been spayed or neutered.

Pick-up time is 3:30-4:30p on the same day.

You will need to release the cat to the same place it was trapped the following day.
